Mike Coleman is the owner of MC Systems. His long and varied career began with IBM Customer Engineering followed by senior management appointments, which included 5 years in Marketing. His Call-Centre experience was gained whilst developing and operating IBM’s National Call Management Centre, a 7x24 365 day operation. Since then Mike has been Director of Customer Operations for ASPECT Telecommunications UK and more recently through, Tele-Business Services, assisted many companies in Europe, the US and the Far East to develop, build and improve their Call-Centre operations. Mike is a Founder Member of the Institute of Direct Marketing, a regular speaker at Call-Centre seminars and a former member of the selection committee for UK Call Centre of the Year. With a strong IT background and practical experience of developing and installing a variety of call centre voice and data technical solutions, Mike is able to assist businesses with technology selection and implementation.
